Reserve a room:

To reserve a room:

  1. Head to Google Calendar and create an event (aka meeting)
  2. In the invite click "Add rooms, location, conferencing."
  3. Next, click "Add Room" and then select the room you want to book.

📝 If the room isn't listed, it's not available during your meeting time.

Reservation Policies

Preparation

The meeting rooms may be reserved up to two (2) months in advance. The individual making the reservation should arrive a few minutes early in order to get set up.

Cancellations

If a reservation is made and then ends up not being needed, it is the responsibility of the person reserving the room to either delete the reservation from their calendar or let [Name] know so that we can make it available for someone else.

Clean Up

If food & beverages will be served, it is the responsibility of the meeting host to make sure that all leftover food, beverages and/or trash are immediately removed from the space at the conclusion of the event. The room must be returned to its original set-up.

  • Trash: Make sure to throw any trash out and our cleaning crew will empty the trash cans that evening.
  • Tables: Wipe down tables and chairs after use with the provided alcohol wipes (as long as COVID protocols are in place).
  • White Boards: Erase and wipe down so others have a blank slate to work from (take a picture before doing so!).
