Employee Resignation

You are not required to provide advance notice before resigning. However, to help us prepare for your departure and ensure a smooth transition we ask that you give at least [# weeks] notice, if possible. If you hold a specialized or executive-level position where your departure will have larger implications for our organization, we ask that you provide at least [# months] notice, if possible.

Verbal resignations are accepted. That said, we would prefer a written resignation letter for our HR records.

Please note: If you have taken any classes or have relocated with money from the company, you must stay for at least [2 years]. If you decide to leave before then, you will be expected to repay the cost of all or part of the expenses.

The timeline

  • HR team will book with you an exit interview.
  • Please book an IT meeting to collect company property (computer, phone, badge…)
  • Submit your permission for future reference checks here: LINK TO FORM
  • Communication to the team: HR team will give you a communication date at the exit interview.
  • You will receive your last paycheck at the end of the month after your departure date.
  • Remember you are under non competition for 1 year after one year.
  • You still have access to some benefits: Health insurance
