Product Owner - Strategic Data and Growth

We are seeking a strategic Product Owner to lead Siit’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, leveraging analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize user engagement and conversion. Our vision is to integrate PLG into every experience to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will enhance our product dashboards to deliver actionable data, ensuring a seamless user journey from trial to paid customer while focusing on retention and long-term growth.

Your role involves analyzing user interactions to elevate the user experience and developing metrics to track financial performance and product usage. As a key liaison across teams, you’ll empower sales, marketing, and CSM with accessible, accurate data insights, enabling informed, data-driven decisions organization-wide. You will report directly to the cofounder and Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Responsibilities
  • Product Analytics: Continuously improve analytics dashboards within the Siit product to provide users with deeper insights and a more intuitive data experience. 
  • User-centric data analysis: Analyze user interactions and data to identify trends and opportunities, enhancing user experience and ensuring they can easily access and interpret necessary information.
  • User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior, translating insights into actionable product improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Financial performance analytics: Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas (Integration usage, AI consumption…).
  • Cross-functional support: Act as a bridge between data, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Initiative Implementation: Drive and execute all PLG-related initiatives, ensuring their successful integration into the product and alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Have direct experience leading design for scaled product-led growth teams in
    B2B
  • Demonstrate excellence in using experimentation and data-driven design decision-making to drive product growth
  • Ability to manage complex scenarios, drive clarity from ambiguity, and co-create design strategies with peer leaders and designers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong capability with SQL and expertise in data visualization techniques, with strong proficiency in tools like Metabase, HubSpot, and Hotjar
  • Proficient in English, proactive, and self-driven, with a passion for leveraging data to solve problems and drive results
